After installation, is the majority of this hitch visible? Can you post a few photos of this hitch installed on a 2018/2019 outlander PHEV?

The only part of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13398 that will be visible once installed on your 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV will be the receiver tube opening. Therefore, the majority of the hitch will actually be hidden. I do have an install photo of this which I have attached for you. This however is the only photo I have for you.
If you can let me know what you will be using the trailer hitch for, I would be glad to recommend some other items for you to use with the above.
