Troubleshooting No Power on a Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller

it used to work but now it dont no lights even when you step on brake or manually slide it it doesnt respond whats its problem thanks

It sounds like you lost power to your Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller # 39510. The installation instructions say to check for corrosion on the plug contact or loose wiring. Most likely that is the problem, you might find that just wiggling the connector will bring it back to life.
The next thing you could try is to test the 12 volt power wire for the controller to see if there is power going into the controller. You could use a tester like our # 40376 for this. If you find power there I would next check the ground. You could do this buy severing the ground wire and then using a jumper if needed to touch it to a good ground to see if works then. If so, you will need to find a new ground for your controller.
If the ground and power are good the problem is in the brake controller and it will need to be replaced.
