Updated 07/15/2021 | Published 06/23/2019

Question:

The furrion radio in my 2019 camper is in. I can’t get it to go off, change the volume.... none of the buttons will work

If there's not an easy way to shut off power from the Furrion Stereo in your camper then your best option if you can't get anything to work or even turn the stereo off is to reset the system. There should be a small reset button on the face of the stereo. Use a metal pin to press into the recessed hole to completely reset the system. This should hopefully un-freeze the unit once it turns back on.

I have a new 2020 Forestriver Wildforest lite. With a furrion 7100 stereo it will not turn on. I have the trailer plugged in I push the power button and nothing

If the stereo isn't turning on at all there's likely a loose wire connection at the back of the unit or the stereo itself is bad. If you're able to access the rear of the unit you can check to see if the power wire has a secure connection, but otherwise I honestly think your best route here is to contact the trailer dealer. This is a brand new trailer, so I would think anything like this would still be covered under warranty.

@ChrisR - I'm having similar issue with my stereo in our 2021 keystone HIdeout. I notice that there is a 5.0 A (which I assume is an amp). It's connected by wires. Not sure if this what needs to be replaced and how easy is that. Thanks

@KrisF You have a 5.0A fuse I take it? If it's a standard fuse like what you see on a vehicle then you should be able to pull it and replace it right there.
