Troubleshooting Furrion Stereo Stuck on Welcome Screen

If your Furrion RV stereo, like part # DV1230BL, is stuck on the "Welcome" screen then you can try pressing down and holding the "Reset" button on the face of the stereo for a few seconds. If that doesn't work then the next thing would be to completely disconnect it from the power wire in the back for about 10 minutes, which would give the stereo enough time to do a hard reset.

Our furrion is a zone 2 sound bar so there is no reset button to push. I guess I can unscrew it and disconnect the power supply unless you know of a reset button I am unaware of. FSB2N25MC-BL is the model thank you

Thank you for the extra info! The Furrion RV Soundbar w/ Bluetooth # FSB2N25MCBL is reset to factory settings by switching to "Aux In" mode and then pressing and holding the "Mode" button for more than 6 seconds. It sounds like you may have already done this though so the next step would be to completely disconnect it from power for a bit. This product has a 1-year warranty so if you're still within that timeframe you should be able to get it replaced if disconnecting and reconnecting it to power doesn't remedy the issue.
