Furrion DV3300SBL RV Stereo Wont Turn On

Question:

In a 2020 travel trailer model we bought in October 2019, we used the stereo system maybe 5-6 times. Then watching TV one day, i noticed it was on for nothing. But hitting the power button did not shut it off. I pushed the reset button and it did the trick. But now, all while seeing the red power button showing it does have power, it wont shut ON! Help!

According to the folks at Furrion, the light does confirm that the unit's getting power. They recommend pressing the reset button again and holding it down for a few seconds which should do the trick. If not, they recommend disconnecting power from the unit for a couple of minutes then reconnecting it. This will completely reboot the system.

I tried the reset button and nothing then turned off shore power and disconnected the battery for several minutes and still just red light on power button and will not turn on.

@Paulw If neither the reset button nor removing the stereo from power for several minutes resets the stereo, then the stereo is faulty and should be replaced. I wish we had better news for you. Before completely giving up and replacing the unit, I'd recommend checking the power wire feeding the stereo to make sure the 12V power is reaching it.
