Question:

What is the correct piece to add for a plus size fat tire cradle? We can’t seem to find one that is not welded onto its base and we cannot get it onto the wrap to replace the current cradle.

The Swagman E-Spec 2 Bike Platform Rack part # S94FR carries e-bikes however it is not fat tire compatible. There is not a piece currently that can be added to adapt the rack for fat bike tires.

I recommend the Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack part # TH83JV for your 67 lb Rad Mini, it can also carry 60 lb bikes and is designed to accommodate fat bike tires up to 5 inches wide. However, you will need to remove the 7 lb battery from the E-bike so you do not exceed the rack's weight limit. The Thule T2 is also a no frame contact bike rack like the Swagman Escapee, it carries the bikes by the wheels with ratcheting arms so there are less chances of frame damage to carbon fiber bikes or paint rub. This carrier can be set up to carry 2 or 4 bikes. The Thule T2 does come with the lock to lock the rack to the hitch but I recommend adding the lock cylinders part # TH450200 to lock the ratcheting arms down onto the bikes to keep your Rad Mini safe.
