Hello will these raised rail feet work with older Thule AeroBlade 53inch cross bars?

Yes, the Thule AeroBlade crossbars do fit on the Evo feet part # TH710401 that you referenced.

For your 2019 Jeep Cherokee that has raised roof rails the recommended roof rack that uses these feet is the part numbers # TH711220 and # TH710401.
