In order to lift your 2008 Jayco Jay Series 806 Pop Up Camper so you can install larger tires I have two options for you. The first option would be to flip the axle so that the leaf springs sit on top as opposed to underneath. In order for this option to work for you, you will have to first check to make sure the leaf springs are under the axle tube. If you do have a leaf spring axle and the leaf spring stack is under the axle tube then you can install the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit part # K71-384-00 if the trailer has a 2-3/8" diameter axle. The Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit will raise your trailer equal to the height of the axle tube, leaf spring stack, and leaf spring perch.
If the leaf spring stack is already over the axle tube then your only other option would be to install new leaf spring hangers. It will be important to match the leaf spring hangers to the shackle straps so I recommend using an entire kit for this like the Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs part # APS4. This kit has a front hanger that is 3-1/4" tall and a rear hanger that is 1-1/4" tall. If you compare these to what you have now, the difference should give you a good idea of how much rise/drop you will experience.
Please note the above two options are for trailers with double eye leaf springs only. If you have a different suspension setup please just let me know what that is.
