The wheels from your 1993 Jeep Cherokee with 5 on 4.5 inch bolt pattern according to my research can be used on some trailers with hubs that match as long as the off-set of the Cherokee wheel allows the clearances needed to not make contact with the trailer frame. Trailer wheels typically have a zero offset, so that allows for better clearances and tire wear. Many Jeep wheels especially Wrangler wheels with 5 on 5 inch bolt pattern are used on cargo and off-road trailer applications where the Cherokee wheels aren't as common.
I've linked the page to all of the hubs we carry with that bolt pattern. You will want to make sure if you are exchanging hubs on your dual axle trailer to ensure the bearings, races, and seal are compatible with your axle spindle.
