The Thule website says the locks are optional for eve clamps but your info says they are included. Which one is it? I hate to purchase them separately if they are already included.

Thule Evo Clamp Foot Pack part # TH710501 on the Thule site does indeed show locks are NOT included but can be added. I also called Thule to confirm this is what they show. So, I went to our warehouse and checked several of these kits. Lock cores are NOT included but can be added using part # TH450400.
