I need a hitch for my 2018 Toyota Highlander but have a full size spare. which hitch is my best option?

For your 2018 Toyota Highlander we have the Curt hitch parC13394 which is a confirmed fit and fits well with a full-sized spare as long as it does not have the aluminum rim. I attached an install video and installation instructions for you.
