Replacement Circuit Breaker for Husky Brute Electric Trailer Jack HB4500

Question:

My husky HB4500 came with a reset switch that I’ve determined is faulty, corroded. I’ve cleaned it a bit and managed to get the jack working. Do you sell these or is this something that I might find at an automotive store?

The reset switch you referred to on the Husky Brute Electric Trailer Jack part # HT87247 is a 30 amp circuit breaker with a manual reset feature. In order to replace this you could use pretty much any 30 amp circuit breaker like at a local automotive store but I recommend the Circuit Breaker part # PK54230PL because it has an auto-reset feature as the name states will automatically reset once the short is fixed. Once you cut the wires from the old switch you can then attach them to the circuit breaker with two Ring Terminals part # 44-5310A.

The part number for circuit breaker replacement for brute does not match the picture shown. I’m looking for a replacement if the circuit breaker reset in the picture shown on your battery. Can you help?

@Monica We don't have the exact circuit breaker for the Husky Brute electric jack, but you can use the Circuit Breaker # PK54230PL to replace that circuit breaker.
