The correct size of bunk boards for your pontoon boat trailer is going to vary depending on configuration. Generally speaking, you will want the horizontal bunk boards to reach from the transom edge to the hull. Most people will then run two sets of vertical bunk boards like CE Smith Bunk Style Guide-Ons part # CE27671 in the middle of the trailer to center the boat and then two sets of horizontal bunk boards on each side to support the pontoons. The longest horizontal bunk boards we offer are part # CE27845 which measure 84" long x 1-3/4" wide x 3-3/4" tall so you will more than likely need to use multiple sets per side.
In you do not already have mounts on the trailer now for the horizontal bunk boards then you can use the CE Smith Double U-Bolt Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies part # CE10196G-4.
