Location of Fuses In Power Distribution Box To Install Brake Controller on 2008 Chevrolet Silverado
Updated 10/11/2011 | Published 10/10/2011 >
Question:
what are the correct slots in the under the hook power distribution box for the 30 amp and 40 amp fuses for hooking up the brake controller on a 2008 chevy silverado. I have hooked up the under dash wires per instructions but I do not know if the fuses are already installed.

Sometimes the fuses are already installed from the factory, but if not the fuse slots are in the front of the box. I have attached a picture that shows the location of fuse slots.
I have also linked a video installation of a brake controller on a 2008 GMC Sierra and an FAQ on brake controller installation on a 2008 Sierra/Silverado.
