Will it fit a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 1500 with a 5inch lift kit wanted to check before I purchased it thanks

Adding a lift kit should not affect fit of Curt trailer hitch # 31322 on your 2013 Chevy Silverado unless the devices used to lift the truck occupy any space needed by the hitch or any of the attachment points on the frame needed by the hitch.
