What stage regulator do I use for my qualite 35/40 lp deep fryer

I did some research on your Qualite QL9LP LP/Propane Gas Fryer and found that is has a 90,000 BTU rating which means a single stage regulator like the Camco Single Stage Propane Regulator part # CAM59013 which is rated at 200,000 BTU's will be sufficient for you.

I have attached a review video.

For a point of info, if your doing a regulator for restuarant style deep fryer, the regulator should be a twin stage regulator, not a single stage. In addition, please don't try to run your fryer on anything less than a #100 cylinder for production cooking.

200,000 ain’t to much for 90,000

@Ok9 No, since the deep fryer maxes out at 90,000 BTU's this means that is all the BTU's the Regulator # CAM59013 is going to have pass through it. If you wanted you could add up to 110,000 BTU's to the same propane regulator before you noticed issues with the flames not being able to fully burn.
