I am looking to purchase a 8,000-10,000 lb winch along with the mount and accessories. My vehicle is a 2007 Dodge Dakota.

You'd need to have a front hitch installed on your 2007 Dodge Dakota like the Curt part # 31228 so that you could use the hitch plate part # BDW20011 that you referenced with a 10k winch.
Then for a winch you'd want the # CU859112.
I know you said you wanted a 10k winch but the front hitch for your truck is only rated for 9,000 lbs like this Superwinch.
