The front mount hitch receivers from Curt and Draw-Tite that fit your 2018 Ford F-150 are parts # C31083 and # 65067 respectively. Both of these are rated for 9,000 lbs line pull and 500 lbs vertical load.
From the 2 bolts holes on the Curt to the top of the receiver tube measures just under 7-1/2" while that same distance on the Draw-Tite is closer to 7". The Draw-Tite will give you more ground clearance but not by much. Instructions for both receivers have been linked for you to reference.
If you don't already have a winch then I recommend the ComeUp Seal Gen2 Integrated Off-Road Winch # CU295885. This comes with a wireless remote, synthetic rope, a hawse fairlead, and is rated for 9.5K so you can get the max out of your front hitch receiver. You can mount this on your F-150 using the Curt # C31010 mounting plate. To add handles on this plate use part # C31005 to make removal much easier.
You may also be interested in the ComeUp Battery Isolation Switch # CU881097 to disable the winch for when you will be away from your pickup for extended periods of time.
