The Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver, part # 75547, uses 4 hex bolts that are M10 X 1.25 X 30. However, you shouldn't tap the threads uness you absolutely have to as a last resort. I highly recommend cleaning them before tapping them. I've linked an article and a video that shows this process for you.
I've included a link to a video of the installation for you as well.

Hi I agree with your don't-tap-if-humanly-possible advice. However anyone mounting onto vehicles driven more than 2 years where salt is used in winter --perhaps 3 or 4 years if driven where it isn't-- needs to be aware that their usable library of foul language may well grow by a few words, while trying to accomplish-such. Resisting the urge of when to resort to an air-ratchet is perhaps the key to a successful installation- since air power can lead to a false impression of proper insertion and proper tightening. Today's unibody construction means those holes were electro-mechanically produced and --once they're stripped-- the job gets MUCH more complex. The sad fact is that --unless one made good use of a paint booth or dipping tank before mounting-- the hitch will start looking somewhat ratty after just a few short years. If you don't care what the guy behind you thinks at a red light, then good on you. Otherwise the only legit way to clean up & repaint the hitch will be removal. Not having tapped the holes during initial install ought to permit at-least ONE successful re-installation. After that, get the thread lock out and good luck.
