Question:

looking to mount this in the front of my trailer / and then slide my portable winch setup warn 37441 and use it as a winch point and mount ?? can this be used for that or not hd enough

The Bulldog Winch Hitch Mount Storage Bracket # BDW20154 is meant to just hold a winch on a hitch mounted winch mount. It isn't meant to be used while using the winch or as an attachment point itself.

What you could do though is weld on a combo bar, # E-11, and use that since it is rated for carrying weight.
