Starting with the trailer hitch itself, the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Round Tube Receiver Hitch # 75742 that you referenced is confirmed to fit your 2012 Honda CR-V and is exactly the hitch I would recommend. This Class III hitch will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening that will work great with hitch-mounted accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers.
I have attached an installation video on your vehicle that you can use for reference.
The Hollywood Racks Trail Rider 2-Bike Rack # HR200Z that you also referenced will work perfectly with this hitch on your Honda CR-V. It is compatible with the 2 inch receiver opening and there will not be any interference between the rack and the vehicle's rear bumper. This is a really nice bike rack that features precision-clamping, cushioned hooks that can slide along the upright mast for quick and easy loading. It can secure up to 2 bikes at 45 pounds each.
The only thing I recommend adding is the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable Lock # HRLHPTC to secure everything into place and help deter theft.
