I am wondering why this is not rated for a 5th wheel trailer?

Hey Ryan, the reason you can't use the Thule ReVert Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # TH73VA with a 5th wheel is due to the increased movement and vibrations at the back of the trailer.

Some racks that are designed to be used with 5th wheels are going to have a more reinforced frame which would compensate for all the extra stress and movement.

For a similar rack that can be used with a 5th wheel I recommend checking out the Thule Range RV Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # TH9057. This bike rack can also hold 4 bikes, is compatible with 5th wheels, motorhomes, flat towed vehicles, and travel trailers, and has a 150 lb capacity.

The installation guide states that they are not travel trailer comparable? I have a fifth wheel and trailer says they are. It is very confusing

@StephenL if I had to guess they updated the instructions and we weren't aware of it. Looks like it is only rated for vehicles and motorhomes now.
