Question:
Good morning, I am looking to purchase a hitch for my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I see that Item # 75338 and Item # 13251 are rated for the Grand Cherokee but was wondering if they both work for the Laredo before purchasing. Thank you for your assistance.

Each of the hitches you mentioned, the Curt # 13251 and Draw-Tite # 75338 will fit a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo; the only models they will not fit are the SRT-8.
I recommend going with the Draw-Tite # 75338 because it has a tongue weight capacity of 750 lbs, which is 250 lbs more than the Curt hitch. I've added a photo showing how this hitch looks on a Laredo for you to take a look at.
To add a 4-way connector you will need wiring harness # 118425 if your Jeep does not have the factory tow package or # 118381 if you do have the factory tow package.
If you are going to be towing, I recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball and a pin and clip. I've added a link to our page with each of our ball mounts, as well as a help article on ball mounts for you to take a look at.
I have also added links to video reviews of these products and an install of the Draw-Tite for you to take a look at.
