Weight Capacity of the Curt Fifth Wheel Rail Kit part # C16411-204

Question:
Curt C16411-204 Custom Rail Kit - what is the maximum weight these rails can handle? Thinking of getting the Reese HD rails instead.

Helpful Expert Reply:
All of our fifth wheel rail manufacturers all have the same "weight rating." What they state is that the rails can handle the weight of any hitch's weight capacity that's designed to fit them.
This means that if you installed a 26k hitch in the Curt rail kit part # C16411-204 you'd have a rail kit that's rated for 26k.
