E-Bike Rack Recommendation for 2 iZip Vibe Bikes

We have a 2011 Rav 4 and are about to purchase 2 iZip Vibe bikes. Is there a rack that fits two more heavy bikes 55lbs. I know the Thule 9032 is made for ebikes but would it fit on a Rav 4? Can you use any bike carrier to carry e-bikes or are they too heavy? Do you need an adapter if you have step through bikes?

As long as you have a hitch like the # e98864 the Thule EasyFold # TH903202 would fit the vehicle and easily carry your iZip Vibe bikes.
This rack is designed to attach to e-bikes with low top tubes as well. See attached pic.
