General Motors Truck Cap Wiring for Third Brake Light

Question:
According to the pictures, I found the little blue wire, it actually has a factory installed plug on it, but, my truck cap brake light has two wires. Where do I connect the other wire?

One wire on the truck cap is to power the light and connects to the blue wire you found. The other should be a ground and needs to be connected to a clean, bare metal surface.
