Question:
I purchased your t connector for my 2011 ford E250. It is factory prepped for a brake controller which I have installed an after market brake controller directly to factory harness. I have found my connections a the rear of the van, 1 connectors fits perfect but your harness has 3 wires and the factory 4 wires. The other end on your harness is a 3 wire connector that dose not mate up to the ford factory end which seams to have additional wires which I believe would work with the ford factory brake controller. What am I to do cut the ends off both harnesses and connect the wires. What about the additional wires for the brake controller do I re-plug the end bake into the conecter which is bolted to the frame.

It sounds like your 2011 Ford E-250 is equipped with the towing package that Ford designates as the Class I tow package for the van. In this case there is a connector for the 16-pin plug on the harness but not for the 4-pin. If this is what you have, you'll need # HM11140665 for the correct wiring harness. Then use # 37185 to install the 7-way.
You will also need to run the blue brake circuit from the brake controller harness and the 12-volt hot wire from the positive side of the battery back to the 7-way. For this you can use # 5506 which is sold by the foot.
If this isn't what you have going on let me know and we'll look into it further.
