The Boss anti-rattle ball mount that you mentioned essentially is a ball mount with a hollow shank that has an anti-rattle device built into it. The ball mount appears to have a standard 2 inch drop like the part # AMSC2.
So, what I would recommend is going with this ball mount # AMSC2 and then using an anti-rattle hitch lock like the part # 63232 which will give you exactly what you are looking for.
