If I was to put a tow bar on. What is the easiest of all your bike racks to fit and unfit for a 50kg female. Really only need it for one bike.

The only trunk mounted bike rack that we have that is compatible with your 2015 Range Rover Sport is the SeaSucker Hornet Rear Window Bike Rack - Handlebar Mount - Vacuum Cup Mounted # 298-BH1302. To carry two bikes, you would need to use 2 of these carriers.

My recommendation is to use a roof rack and bike rack. For this, I recommend the Rhino-Rack roof rack comprised of:

The biggest issue is we don't have a confirmed fit for a trailer hitch receiver for your 2015 Range Rover Sport. However, if you were able to find something or have one made by a local welding shop, I recommend the Thule Apex XT 2 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # TH9024XT or the similiar and lighter Thule Helium Pro 2 Bike Rack # TH9042PRO. Each of these racks has a really nice structure and design to make them easy to use. They come with a lock for the bikes to secure them to the rack and the locking hitch as well. Both carriers will hold bikes securely and have a tilting function that is easy to use to gain access to your cargo area. They are light weight and easy to store when not in use. With a hanging rack, I recommend the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005 to hold the bike(s) level and give you ground clearance.
