Question:
Almost convinced to buy the part 118336 trailer wiring harness. Should fit my 2003 Honda Pilot however, the boat trailer has a round four pin connector. Do you sell an adapter/kit that could fit the 4-way flat connector to the round connector or a 4-way flat connector to replace the round connector ??

The part # 118336 is the correct trailer wiring harness for your 2003 Honda Pilot. What you would want to do is replace the round 4-way on your trailer with a flat 4-way like part # HM48110 so that the trailer can connect to your Pilot.
Adapters are great short term solutions but for a long term setup you want to have the connectors match without an adapter.
