Question:

The Valley Coupler #5122 on my trailer had a knob adjuster. I cannot find a replacement kit with the knob adjustment. Will a lever type adjustment kit for this model hitch work as well? The rating is 2000 Lbs. Thank you.

Valley is no longer in business; they closed up about 5 years back. We no longer offer their repair kits but we can help you with a new coupler.

For a new straight-tongue coupler you can use the linked page to view all such items we offer, such as the Titan Multi-Fit # T2343400183 which bolts to a 3-inch trailer tongue and which fits 1-7/8-inch, 2-inch and 50-mm hitch balls. This 5K coupler is also zinc-plated for resistance to corrosion. For a painted version use part # T2343400. For a latch repair kit for either coupler, use part # T4045400.

You can re-use your existing coupler installation hardware or source locally new Grade 5 hardware.
