I already have the companion for a regular pickup. I am thinking of changing to a flat bed, so all i should need is the bottom part

Since you already have the B&W Companion Gooseneck-to Fifth-Wheel Hitch you will need the flatbed base # BWRVB3055 to move your traditional Companion to a flat bed truck. If you do not already have a B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck hitch in the flat bed, the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks # BWGNRK1500 is what you'll need.
