Trailer Axle Recommendation for an ATV Trailer

Question:
I am kicking around the idea of building my own dual axle ATV trailer. I currently use a 3 1/2foot x 5foot trailer with 13inch car tires on it. The trailer has been great but there are times when im cutting wood and its soft i tend to cut into the ground. My idea is a similar sized trailer but with dual axles and ATV or off road tires. Most likely ill make it a dump bed too. Im trying to figure out a rough cost for axles, spindles and anything else i might have forgotten. I love building things but if im going to wrap up a ton of money in the project when i could buy something comperable already built.

For an offroad trailer like you described I would recommend a Timbren Axle-Less system like the part # ASR1200S04 would be a great choice.
This is a 1,200 lb axle that depending on how much you plan on towing in the trailer might be more than enough by itself and wouldn't require a second axle.
This system comes with the suspension and the spindle all together. Also, this system will give great ground clearance since there doesn't need to be an axle running between the two sides.
