Low-profile, aerodynamic crossbars create an aftermarket roof rack for your vehicle. Aluminum bars have T-slots that let you mount channel-mounted carriers and accessories. Flexible rubber strips in T-slots keep out dirt and won't need trimming.
Features:
Specs:
These low-profile Inno Aero crossbars let you build a stylish, aerodynamic roof rack for your vehicle. The crossbars require 4 Inno Flush or Through feet to mount the rack to your roof. You may also need a custom fit kit to mount the crossbars. Built-in T-slots in the tops of the bars let you easily mount carriers and accessories on the rack. Flexible rubber strips in the channels keep out dirt and require no trimming or adjustment. The crossbars are also constructed of strong yet lightweight aluminum so they won't rust.
These lightweight bars have an elliptical shape. This aerodynamic, low-profile design helps to reduce wind noise and drag when you drive. This means you won't need to add a fairing.
Inno Aero crossbars are constructed of sturdy, lightweight aluminum. Internal extrusions add strength and structural rigidity without adding a significant amount of weight. The bars are rustproof so you can leave them on your roof all year long, wherever you go. The sand-blasted powder coat finish resists corrosion, scuffs, and scratches. And the matte black color will look good on any vehicle.
Each crossbar has a channel in the bottom that lets you install Inno feet (sold separately). Slide the channel cover over to reveal a mounting hole for the foot. Clip the foot into the crossbar and then slide it into place along the channel. Built-in bar end stops in the channels will keep the feet from sliding off the ends of the bars.
To complete installation, mount the feet to your roof. This may require a custom fit kit (depending on your application). Attach the locking covers (included with the feet) to secure the roof rack to your vehicle. Locking the covers also secures T-slot-mounted accessories to your crossbars.
This bar has a built-in T-slot that allows you to mount bike racks, watersport carriers, ski racks, and more. The EZ-Slide rubber strip in the bar lets you mount accessories without the need to remove or trim the strip. Just press down on the ends of the flexible strip and slide your accessory's mounting hardware into the T-slot. This strip has a plastic coating so it's easy to slide T-bolts along the channel. The strip runs the full length of the bar, so it helps keep dirt out of the channel when you're not carrying accessories.
You can also attach most clamp-on accessories to the bar, and the rubber strip provides a no-slip cushion for any accessories that rest on it.
These Flush feet help you mount 2 Inno Aero crossbars to your vehicle's naked roof to create a roof rack with a streamlined look. Hand knobs tighten feet in place on your roof. Locking covers secure system to roof.

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Toyota RAV-4, we're gonna be test fitting the Inno aero roof rack system, consisting of part numbers INXB108-115. These are the Inno aero crossbars, 42 inches long and 45 inches long. We'll also be using part number INXS200. These are the flush feet for aero crossbars. And finally we'll be using part number INK646, which is the custom fit kit for the RAV-4.The Inno aero roof rack system is great for carrying a wide variety of accessories and freeing up space inside your RAV-4. This can carry anything from bike racks to cargo baskets to cargo boxes.
The bars have an aerodynamic shape, and that, coupled with a rubber strip at the top, is gonna cut down wind noise and drag while you drive, and it also eliminates the need for a inaudible 00:00:45. While the overall look of the roof rack system has a factory style look to it, it does have a couple hindrances. One is gonna be how much space you'll lose by cutting off this end here. Most roof rack systems have bars that protrude past the feet, and this enables you to carry a lot more accessories up on top. With this, you're a little bit more limited.
Instead of being able to carry, say, one cargo box and a couple bike racks, now you're only limited to one cargo box or two bike racks on their own.All the end caps do come with a lock included, so they are secure to your roof once installed, and with removing that, you can see with that strip, you can push it down and this can be used with T-track accessories. These are very easy to install. They simply clamp on to your existing doorframe to be put into place, and all measurements and tools that you'll need to install them come with a kit. Next I'll give you a couple of quick measurements. From the center of the roof to the bottom of the bars is gonna be about 2 5/8 inches.
From the center to the top is gonna be about 3 1/2 inches. So that's more than enough space in between the roof and the bar to attach any roof rack accessories that wrap around the bars instead of using the T-track accessory portion. Also it's not gonna interfere with our sunroof here. And both bars combined have a carrying capacity of 165 pounds, but you always wanna double check your vehicle's roof to make sure it can maintain those weights. Now that we've gone over some of the features of the roof rack system, let's go ahead and show you how it installs. We have our front bar already installed on our roof and we'll show you how we got those measurements a little bit later.
We have our rear bar partially assembled on our table here, and our next step is to take our flush foot, put it on the other side, and start installing our fit kit as well. We'll slide up the inner portion of our arm. We've gone ahead and flipped it over. Then we'll take our piece here. That just kinda fits into place like so. We'll push that back to the inside, and then we'll take this tab here on our foot, place it in like so, slide it back out, and just lightly tighten the screw on the inside with our included Allen tool. Before we tighten it down completely, we're gonna measure out from foot to foot to make sure we have the proper space in between them before we tighten it down. So we'll measure it out. You'll find this in your instructions. Make any adjustments as needed. Tighten the rest of the way. May need to loosen up the other side just a bit so we can make some adjustments here. Now if we take our rubber foot tab. This is numbered to make sure it's going in the proper location. You'll find it in your instructions as well. And that just pushes into place. Then we'll take our clamp and we'll undo the screw on the end, put that in place, and just loosen tighten the screw for now. Now we're ready to place this on the roof of our vehicle. As stated before, we we're gonna show you how we got our front bar into position here. What we did is we set it into place, measured from the center door jam back to the center here. With our rear bar, we're gonna measure from the center door jam to the center of that bar as well. So we'll set our bar into place gently, just to avoid any damage, and then we'll take that measurement from this point to this end. This will take our included tightening tool, and we'll get our clamps just snug up against the doorframe here, and we'll do this on both sides. Once that's done, we'll go back and forth until they're completely tightened down. You're gonna hear audible clicks when you do this from our tool here, and that's gonna let you know that it's torqued to its proper specification. Final step is we'll put our end caps in place, lock those down, and then we're ready to load up our gear and hit the road. And there you have it for the Inno aero roof rack system on our 2018 Toyota RAV-4.

I recieved my inno flush feet areo crossbars, sooner than expected and the assembly was just as specified. I especially liked having the video with the tutorial.
I like the look of the low profile and the quality is outstanding. I have used this for my kayak and the low profile helps with the loading and unloading.
I would highly recommend this product and Company.
Thank you etrailer my car looks great I spent 4 hours to ensemble this cross bar and the bask rack but finally I made it now I have more cargo space in my car I really recommend etrailer good quality items and good service thanks again
I bought these last summer to affix my kayaks to the roof of my corola. my husband, who is decidedly not a handy person, installed them in an hour and they've been great. no issues– slight whistling at times on the interstate, but that's to be expected. highly recommend!
Great product and figment, the service was great as well, the only suggestion I have is if there is a product that cannot be shipped to Canada it should be told when you try to order it, however the follow up call was appreciated .
Great profile. Looks good on truck.
Locking and unlocking very easy.
2016 Golf R MK7
Love it so far
Easy and worked well with the total kit for our vehicle. Feel sturdy and strong. We’re happy with them.
The roof rack arrived days before it was scheduled to. Everything ordered arrived intact. Assembly and installation were pretty easy per the directions included and the video on the etrailer site. The rack looks fine on my Maxda CX5 and the additional noise from the rack is not too bad. Haven't had my cargo box on the rack yet but anticipate no problems with it. My experience with etrailer has been first rate.
Shipping and packaging was very good and delivered on time!
Love the flush bar look!
I bought this for my 2016 Fiat 500X which has two glass sunroofs, and it fits perfectly! Follow the directions, put the bars where it says to, and your glass will be safe. You can't open the sunroof while this is in place, but hey, at least you can haul gear on your roof without breaking the glass.
Easy install, build quality is really nice as is fit and finish. Almost no wind noise at highway speed.
Everything about this kit met my expectations.
- Perfect fit for my Ford Edge, as advertised.
- Lowest bar height that was still high enough for the Edge Vista roof to clear. The glass does clear when nothing is attached to the bars.
- Aero bar shape. I haven't done a lot of miles yet with only the bars and no other attachments.
I attached an Inno roof box (which still fits through my garage door!) and did a 2000 mile road trip at insterstate speeds. Except the box noise (expected), and a bit of a mileage hit, I had no issues. Secure fit the whole way.
I like that the feet don't extend too much beyond the width of the vehicle (2012 Toyota Prius V). No noticeable wind noise or fuel economy change. They held two bikes just fine. The tightening process feels very secure, but took me a while to do. I wasn't in a hurry so it was fine.
I bought the whole kit for 2008 honda fit for a cross-country trip, and it performed great. Made it with two surfboards on top with no problems. Instructions for installation are atrocious, but youtube videos can fill in the gaps. Shipping was quick. I didn't use any of the customer service options, but it seems like they would be useful if needed.
The Inno racks have handled an assortment of different loads without problems. They are quiet at highway speeds. The lack of tie down points are the only drawback with these racks.
Josh is the greatest! Thanks for all the help!
These are really aero dynamic with a sleek design. It doesn’t cause a lot of of air drag like the super known brand.
fast shipping, great customer service, and easy to install
