These low-profile Inno Aero crossbars let you build a stylish, aerodynamic roof rack for your vehicle. The crossbars require 4 Inno Flush or Through feet to mount the rack to your roof. You may also need a custom fit kit to mount the crossbars. Built-in T-slots in the tops of the bars let you easily mount carriers and accessories on the rack. Flexible rubber strips in the channels keep out dirt and require no trimming or adjustment. The crossbars are also constructed of strong yet lightweight aluminum so they won't rust.
These lightweight bars have an elliptical shape. This aerodynamic, low-profile design helps to reduce wind noise and drag when you drive. This means you won't need to add a fairing.
Inno Aero crossbars are constructed of sturdy, lightweight aluminum. Internal extrusions add strength and structural rigidity without adding a significant amount of weight. The bars are rustproof so you can leave them on your roof all year long, wherever you go. The sand-blasted powder coat finish resists corrosion, scuffs, and scratches. And the matte black color will look good on any vehicle.
Each crossbar has a channel in the bottom that lets you install Inno feet (sold separately). Slide the channel cover over to reveal a mounting hole for the foot. Clip the foot into the crossbar and then slide it into place along the channel. Built-in bar end stops in the channels will keep the feet from sliding off the ends of the bars.
To complete installation, mount the feet to your roof. This may require a custom fit kit (depending on your application). Attach the locking covers (included with the feet) to secure the roof rack to your vehicle. Locking the covers also secures T-slot-mounted accessories to your crossbars.
This bar has a built-in T-slot that allows you to mount bike racks, watersport carriers, ski racks, and more. The EZ-Slide rubber strip in the bar lets you mount accessories without the need to remove or trim the strip. Just press down on the ends of the flexible strip and slide your accessory's mounting hardware into the T-slot. This strip has a plastic coating so it's easy to slide T-bolts along the channel. The strip runs the full length of the bar, so it helps keep dirt out of the channel when you're not carrying accessories.
You can also attach most clamp-on accessories to the bar, and the rubber strip provides a no-slip cushion for any accessories that rest on it.

Speaker 1: Today we're going to be taking a look at the Inno Aero crossbars. These low-profile crossbars let you build a stylish, aerodynamic roof rack system for your vehicle. Each crossbar requires two Inno feet to mount the bars to your roof. This system may also require a vehicle-specific custom fit kit depending on your application. Those items are sold separately and available at etrailer.com.These bars feature a really nice elliptical shape. That's going to help create an aerodynamic system.
What that does is it really helps reduce wind noise and drag as you travel down the road. Each bar features a slight bend at the center of the bar. That's going to help ensure a sturdy custom fit rack. Each bar also features a full-length integrated t-slot that makes it easy to slide channel-mounted cargo carriers and accessories onto the bars. These bars will also accept clamp-on accessories that would conveniently clamp or wrap around the bar. That rubber strip is a flexible rubber strip.
That's going to keep out dirt, grime, and moisture. It allows for simple mounting in the t-slot. All you have to do is press down on the strip and slide the accessories into the slot. No trimming or cutting of the strip is required. That strip features a really nice plastic coating that's going to allow t-bolts to slide easily along the channel without damaging the rubber strip.
Another neat advantage of that rubber strip is it creates a really nice cushion and slip resistance for your gear. Here on the bottom, each bar features a channel on each side. These channels allow easy installation when installing the Inno roof rack feet. It's got this integrated clip system here. That makes it really easy. All you got to do is clip the foot into the crossbar, slide it along the channel to where you need it.
Now I do like that because this channel cover slides over and reveals a mounting area for the foot. The foot clips into the crossbar and then slides into place along the channel. It also has the built-in bar end stops in the channels. These stops will keep the feet from sliding off the ends of the bars. The other thing I like about this integrated design is it fills this gap right here, which is going to help reduce and maybe eliminate sometimes that whistle that we get from wind wanting to get in there and circulate and creating a whistle as we travel down the road. That's a really nice integrated feature of this system. Now these bars are made from a lightweight aluminum construction. It's very strong, durable, and rust-proof. Features a internal extrusion that provides exceptional bar strength. It features a glass-blasted powder-coated finish to resist rust, corrosion, scuffs, and scratches. This system is matte black in color, which gives these bars a very good, sleek, really nice design. Now you'll notice that it does not come with end caps. Locking covers or end caps come with Inno feet. Again, Inno feet are sold separately and available at etrailer.com. These bars, from front to back, have a width of 3-1/8" wide and a thickness or height of 1-1/8" tall. They're available in a variety of lengths. You can check out etrailer.com to see all the options available. They're covered with a limited lifetime warranty. That's going to do it for today's look at the Inno Aero crossbars.
