Does the kit FA92-02-9600 come with flat washers or conical toothed washers? Hard to tell with the picture?

The Replacement Bolts for Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Head part # FA92-02-9600 come with the following:
(2) 3/4-10 x 5" grade five bolts
(4) 3/4 conical-toothed washers
(1) hitch pin
(1) hitch pin clip,
(1) spacer rivet
(7) spacer washers
(2) 3/4" nylock nut.
