Can the unit be re-programmed if tow vehicle is sold or replaced? thks

The BOLT Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for Ford Keys # BL7018447 that you referenced can be coded to a vehicle ignition key only one time. This is a security measure to prevent another Ford key from re-coding the lock. I confirmed this with my contact at Bolt.
