Does this tonneau cover allow me to use trac rac rails on sides of the pick up bed?

The TracRac ladder rack for your 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 with 5-1/2-foot bed is their # TH27000XTB.
As shown in the linked photo this ladder rack installs using clamps that grab the underside of the bed rails. Since this is the same place where the tracks for the Access Tonneau # A22020269 install these items are not compatible.
