I have a GMC 2003 3/4 4door, short box pickup. I want a front hitch for it can you tell me the difference between these 2 hitches? 31108 31302

Between the two hitches the one that is confirmed to fit your 2003 GMC Sierra 3/4 ton truck would be the # 31108.
The # 31302 that you also referenced is designed to fit only the 1500 LD models so it wouldn't be the correct hitch for you. That is the difference between the two part numbers.
