The Derale Transmission Cooler you referenced, # D13503, is an excellent choice to protect the transmission of your 2005 Liberty, however it doesn't contain a fan.
If you are planning on really pushing your vehicle off-road at low speeds where getting sufficient airflow through the cooler might be a problem, you will be better off using a cooler with a fan, like part # D12742. The unit is 13-5/8 by 10-1/4 by 3-1/4 inch thick, so you would need enough space in your desired mounting location. You could simply install a switch like # D16740 so you could run the fan only when you need it.
For a Transmission Cooler Installation Kit use # D13064. The Derale Insta-dapt radiator adapter fits most vehicles with 5/16" transmission lines, but not all. In some cases, additional fittings or alteration of the OEM lines or hoses may be required for installation.
I have provided a link to the installation instructions that you might find helpful. I will also link you to some FAQ articles that contain more information about aftermarket transmission coolers.
