According Swagman, their Skyline # S64705 Roof Mounted Bike Rack you referenced will accommodate bikes with wheelbases up to 52 inches.
The bike rack is compatible with vehicle crossbars that are 3 inches or less wide and whose bar spread (center to center distance between front and rear crossbar) is up to 30 inches.
If the rack is being installed on a large SUV, you might benefit from a tire step like part # HE4040 that would make accessing the roof much easier.
