I have a 2013 silverado 1500 and I need the upper mount bracket that mounts to the frame. Is this the right bracket? And do they come in pairs and do you have a pic of it by chance? The kit that am looking at is the Firestone Ride-Rite Rear Air Spring Kit 2430. Thanks

Yes, the part # F5528 is the correct upper mounting bracket for the Firestone Air Suspension Kit part # F2430 that has also been confirmed to fit your 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500.
