The installation instructions for the Roadmaster Seat Adaptor, part # RM-88308 are on the right side of the product page. In the instructions it states you need to remove the rear Torx bolts that are holding the seat track in place.
The instructions say that you may need to enlist another person to help since the seat has to be tilted to allow the installation of the adaptor under the seat track.
