Today we're going to be taking a look at RoadMaster's line of custom seat adapters for the BrakeMaster braking system. You'll want to use our fit guide to determine the appropriate seat adapter for your vehicle.This custom seat adapter provides an anchor point for your BrakeMaster supplemental braking system. The BrakeMaster cylinder extends, pressing your brake pedal, and it needs something else to push against. This provides an anchor point for it to push against. As every vehicle is different, RoadMaster has a complete line of custom-fit brackets to ease the installation of your BrakeMaster system.The included hardware will allow you to easily attach the bracket to the base of your seat. The anchor point here at the center of your bracket is going to give you an attachment point for your BrakeMaster system.
It'll allow it to pivot, to make it easy to get the proper adjustment for your cylinder to your brake pedal. The custom bracket remains hidden, so when not in use you won't even know it's there.Our customer Chuck M. had to say, "The RoadMaster seat mounting plate for the breakaway system is a must. I do not recommend using the plate that requires drilling into the floor when you can use this adapter and save time. It does not get in the way when not in use.

Bracket remains hidden beneath your vehicle's seat when not in use.this is going to be my second car using the roadmaster brakemaster system, it lower cost and i find it work very well, no cutting vacuum line it is simple but does the job, saves about $500. over other setups, also when you decide to sell and need to remove it there is nothing cut under the hood, the set bracket is so easy to install, OK, so when you use it you do have to plug in the airline and pin to brake, take 10sec but i don't have anything to hit my foot on when driving and if you have adjustable pedals this is perfect, works and a much lower cost over other systems

Installed the Brakeaway System and finally got a chance to use it! It worked flawlessly! I added a pic of the location for my 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. This was after staring into the engine compartment for 2 days so maybe this will help someone to decide?
This is a must have if you drive a 2018 F-150 like I do and you want to use the BrakeMaster.
I love the way stuff ships the same day I ordered it. Everytime I order something from this company I get the parts very quickly. This bar is just a simple bracket that spans the driver's seat in our Jeep and gives an attachment point for the brake piston. Easy to install and works perfectly.
It fit, and it works. There was no hole drilled in it for the air adapter.
The product is fine. Shipping took 5 days longer than expected. The biggest issue is when I went order I was told I had the wrong seat bracket in my cart so I switched it to the one Etrailer recommended. Turned out I had the correct one all along and Etrailer said I had to pay for shipping the wrong part they recommended back.
It's easy to install and works like it's supposed too.

The RM-88291 seat mounting plate for the breakaway system is a must. I do not recommend using the plate that requires drilling into the floor when you can use this adapter and save time. And it does not get in the way when not in use. Again, thanks for providing a great product.
Got the package on time, but the fasteners bag inside the box had broken open. As a result I only received part of the fasteners and must wait for etrailer to send me the balance. Overall I would order again fro etrailer.com as I think the delivery company is probably responsible for the rough treatment of my parcel.
These are well made and stronger than I thought they would be. With the installation video I feel I can do the job easily.

Perfect fit, quick install
Sent wrong seat adapter ,wrong bolts ,wrong spacers for bolt also ,had to cut adapter and redrill Go get bolts right size made new spacers
