Question:

I have 2 axles with 12 inch brakes and 6 lug drums. The spindle is 1.750inch on the inside and the outside is 1.250inch trying to figure out the weight of the axles. Its a square tube axle.

From what you've described, it sounds like what you have might be a Torflex torsion camper axle, likely a 6K axle that's been de-rated to 5200 lbs by the spring seat location. Be aware, this is just an educated guess on my part, your actual capacity might be lower. Without knowing the exact reference numbers from the bearings, this is about as close as I can get you.

Closely examine your axles, there might be an ID plate on them listing the manufacturer and a serial number. With that information, you could contact the manufacturer like Dexter Axle, AL/KO or whoever, who should be able to definitively tell you the axle capacity.
