Question:
I have a standard Class 1 hitch. Will this fit without any problems or having to shorten its length? Thanks

You can use the hitch adapter # HTAD in your Class I trailer hitch. However, using an adapter will reduce the tongue weight capacity of the hitch by 50 percent. Most Class I hitches are rated for 200 pounds tongue weight or less. Using the adapter will reduce the tongue weight capacity to 100 pounds.
