I want to purchase a C 45900 curt hitch but i wanted to know is there a combination with a 1 7/8 ball??

The Curt Channel Style Adjustable Ball Mount you referenced, part # C45900 is only available with 2 and 2-5/16 inch diameter trailer balls.

Curt offers a different adjustable ball mount that can be used with all three ball sizes, part # D900. The ball mount is rated for 6000, 7500 or 10,000 lbs, depending on which ball is being used. Due to the adjustable rise or drop, this versatile ball mount would allow you to tow many different types of trailers.

Another option that might be your best choice would be the Rapid Hitch Adjustable Aluminum Ball Mount Kit # AM3411. This is a similar ball mount as the one you referenced except it has a 1-7/8 inch and a 2 inch ball. Plus, it's aluminum so it will resist corrosion much better.
