Question:
Trying to match a 16” wheel to a hub. Is the AM20746 rim compatible with the 8-213-5UC1 hub? What I dont see is the bore diameter listed. Planning to build a garden tractor and using the hub as part of a rear drive axle, so dont need the bearings, if that is an option. Also, for front end I want to match a 12inch rim with four or five bolt hub kit. Thanks.

The Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel # AM20746 that you referenced has a 6-on-5-1/2-inch bolt pattern that does match that on the 6000-lb-rated Dexter Hub Assembly # 8-213-5UC1. The grease cap included in this hub kit, which also does come with bearings and races, has an outer diameter of 2.44-inches, so the hub's bore will naturally be very slightly larger than that.
For your 12-inch front wheels we offer hubs with 2 different 4-bolt bolt patterns, 4-on-4-inch and 4-on-5-inch. The link at right will let you see all options and you can click on the filters in the left-hand margin to see just those hub kits that suit your existing wheels' bolt pattern. 4-bolt hubs are rated for use with axles rated from 2000- to 3000-lbs. An article concerning bolt patterns is linked for reference.
You may want to consider a bearing packer like # L70025 which makes loading grease in your bearings easier and more consistent than hand-loading (its a bit less messy too). This handy item is shown in the linked video. With this you can use a grease gun like # 30-800 and a grease cartridge such as # L54FR.
