We have hitches available that are confirmed to fit your 2015 Ford Flex. If you have dual exhaust you would want the Curt Hitch part # C13110, if you have single exhaust you would want the part # 13551 instead.
I attached install videos for both hitches for you to check out.
For ball mounts I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag.
