I was able to confirm that the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75679 is a fit for the 2019 Lincoln MKT which is the only option. It is a great option with a custom fit design that does not require drilling into the frame of the Lincoln MKT. This will give a 2" receiver on the Lincoln that can tow 4,000 lbs however you do want to check the owner's manual to make sure you can tow 4,000 lbs safely.
For the trailer wiring, I recommend 7-way plug part # A10-7072VP which will connect to the factory port underneath the rear bumper of your Lincoln if you have the factory tow package.
If you do not have the factory tow package, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56095. To upgrade the 4-pole to a 7-way plug you will need 4-pole to 7-way plug adapter part # 337TC1474P. Please let me know if your trailer has electric brakes and you need a brake controller so I can make additional recommendations.
Since you plan on towing, you may consider the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you are not sure how much rise/drop you may need in a ball mount to tow your trailer level, I recommend to take a look at the helpful article I have attached about how to figure the amount of rise or drop you may need.
